Michael successfully prosecuted London based  Brixton drill rapper Jyrelle O’Connor (aka ‘Loski’) for firearms offences.

Following a five week trial at Croydon Crown Court, Jyrelle O’Connor was convicted by a jury of possession of a prohibited firearm and ammunition, having been arrested in a taxi with a loaded revolver.

The 23-year-old rap artist, was also part of the Kennington-based criminal gang, the Harlem Spartans, who have been involved in violent turf wars with other gangs in South London.

A jury found O’Connor guilty of possessing a prohibited firearm, possessing a firearm when prohibited for five years and possessing ammunition for a firearm when prohibited for five years. He was further convicted , as well as being restricted from carrying a firearm and ammunition.

He was sentenced to 7 years imprisonment at Croydon Crown Court.
