Fee Structure and Funding My Case
You may chose to fund your case by:
- Private means
- An insurance policy
- Another source of funds such as a trade union
- Publicly funded
Michael only accepts Public Access cases funded by private means, an insurance policy or from another source of funds such as a trade union.
Michael does not accept Public Access cases that are publicly funded.
If your case is suitable for proceedings on a Public Access basis, Michael will provide you with an estimate of how many hours work he thinks your situation will need. He will then provide you with a fee estimate to complete the work required.
The fees for your case will be determined by the nature of the case, the level of case
complexity and the amount of work required.
Michael charges an hourly rate and fixed fees depending on the case requirements.
The fees for each case are assessed individually.
Any additional costs will be estimated at the time of providing you the fee quote for the work required for your case.
Michael is registered for VAT and therefore all fees quoted will be subject to the addition of VAT.
